About the delay in new postings....

To our readers…As you may have noticed, there has been a delay in new postings.  Clayton and I are co-authoring a new book which has taken most of our time.  We plan to continue posting but at a lower rate as we finish the first draft of the book.  We will be providing more information on the new book's contents in future postings.
