What’s Different about a Small Software Company?

Leading software development in a small software company is different from running a software team in a large company. A manager from a large company who is put in charge at a small firm can run in to big problems. To our readers…As you may have noticed, there has been a delay in new postings.  Clayton and I are co-authoring a new book which has taken most of our time.  We plan to continue posting but at a lower rate as we finish the first draft of the book.  We will be providing more information on the new book's contents in future postings.
